I have been trying to find a salon near home that had good service with good outcome. I have finally found it with Lexa Coiffure!

Firstly, I decided to try Lexa because of the exceptional service I received via email (Jason). I had questions on pricing and I received instant response. There were a few back and forths and Jason's patience and kindness were evident in his responses.

At my appointment, I was greeted right away, did not wait for even 10 seconds. I had Nataliya for coloring. She listened to what I had to say, gave feedback, and even asked her colleagues for additional opinion. She then began working on my color right away. She was efficient yet considerate. She made sure that my face or forehead didn't get stained. I didn't feel any discomfort at all during the whole process.

Mary washed my hair when coloring was done. She was super informative, telling me what she was about to do at each step. I say this appreciatively because in my past experiences, I was just told to sit down and got my hair washed rather hastily and without a single word.

I then had Fotini who worked on the cut. She was also the one that gave her opinion on my color choices. She exudes the confidence of a seasoned hairdresser, and I couldn't help but trust her wholeheartedly. And I was right in trusting! She gave me exactly what I wanted and believe me, I wasn't very good at expressing. She somehow understood and added in her expertise, and voila, a supremely satisfied customer!

All in all, it was a 100% great experience at Lexa. I felt so welcomed, so catered to by genuinely kind people. As a bonus, I was elated with my new haircut and color. Like I said, I have found my salon!
